To start ordering replacement windows, sliding doors and aluminum storm windows please call our sales department and talk to Chris at 330.604.0403.


The basic ordering process is as follows:
     All product is ordered on Wednesday at noon and received the following Friday. Windows in a Week suggests that you try to get your companies orders in on Tuesday night so that our ordering department can look them over and call you Wednesday morning if we have any questions.


     Keep in mind that you can e-mail Bob or Chris, fax us at 330.688.2724, or even call your orders in. After the order has been submitted on Wednesday morning an invoice from Windows in a Week will be e-mailed to you. Please look over this invoice immediately to make sure the order looks correct. If you have any changes you have until 5 p.m. Wednesday to make them.


     Orders will be received at our warehouse of which you will have 24 hr access. Payment in full must be made at the time of delivery or pickup unless otherwise specified. Delivery will be to our location unless otherwise specified.
